Quartz Crystal

Energetically, this crystal has a light and airy, uplifting energy. Calm settles over me like a blanket of snow, muffling out static and soothing my energies. Really pleasant and nice. Mmmm

Feels good in the hand. Energy settles in my solar plexus (thru and thru). Physically settling and grounding. Emotionally uplifting and light, almost airy. I feel lifted and supported. Buoyant.
