Physical description: Rainbows are often present inside a crystal due to traumas and fractures (temperature chances. shocks, hits). Some of the fractures are what I call mirror fractures; they look like mirrors and are sometimes are called Wall Crystals. Rainbows may be just pink and green, or they may have the full rainbow color. They often occur on the inner “wall” where two crystals have grown together. It is helpful to have very bright light, and you may have to turn the crystal (side-to-side, upside down, etc.) in order to see them. The rainbows aren’t always in an arc shape unless the fracture on which they occur is curved.

Metaphysical description: Rainbows are a gift from the Spirit Keeper in the crystal. Rainbow crystals are optimistic and happy. They remind us that we are loved. They also help us to remember that our traumas bring us gifts, but we must sometimes shine a light and look for the beauty that they brought.

*The size of these crystals will vary. I will send the most representative example of the type of configuration ordered, so if a crystal is small, but an excellent example of the particular configuration, I will send that crystal. If it is particularly small, I may send two in one bag (say 1/2 inch or so)… I aim for a size range from 1 to 2 inches long, 1/2 to 3/4 inch diameter.

Your Rainbow crystal will come with a business-card-sized printed description of the characteristics and special qualities of the crystal within. Crystal sizes may vary greatly in size as I am selecting for the shape, not the size.

This crystal is sent as a representative sample of a Rainbow crystal. It isn’t necessarily sent for its size, and sometimes may be Empathic (chipped, dinged or damaged), if it is an excellent representation of this type (for example, it might present as a very good Manifestation point in an Empathic (chipped and/or damaged) chunk).
