02546_S2 ARKANSAS QUARTZ CRYSTAL POINT
This Arkansas quartz crystal point is AMAZING! It has Lineated Sides, is Empathic, missing most of the side and part of the termination. That being said… it has the terminations of two Bridges inside (the bodies broke away with the side of the crystal). They look like pyramids inside (3D!) There is also a Sigil on the main face that looks like an upside-down Aztec/Mayan (flat-topped) pyramid. I wasn’t able to capture them in photos. I will put a sticker on the crystal to point at both the surface feature pyramid and the internal Bridge-tip pyramids so you can find them if you are the lucky adopter! Stunning, really! (I will also include a diagram of the crystal)- which is kind of like a free unofficial mini-reading.
LINEATED SIDES - Lineated Sides are horizontal striations across the sides of a point and can be used like a zipper to access further knowledge within the crystal. When you have worked with your crystal for a while and feel ready for more information (desire to go deeper), unzip the crystal to receive the next layer of information. Drag your thumbnail down the side of a point to ‘unzip’ the crystal and to zip it back up, drag your thumb from the base back to the tip. Rezipping is like hanging up the phone after a conversation. It lets the crystal know you are ‘done for now’ and you can pick up where you left off later. Unzipping is like opening a box, looking down inside and seeing that the bottom of the box opens to infinite space. There is no end to the amount of ‘extra’ you can receive as you work with and unzip your crystal. It is literally like peeling an onion with infinite layers. Remember after your session to thank the crystal for its help, and zip back up until next time.
EMPATHIC - Broken, chipped and otherwise damaged crystals are called Empathic. Empathic crystals bring out compassionate feelings in us. The crystal picks up this empathy and amplifies it. Often the lesson of Empathic crystals is to remember to be compassionate and empathetic to our OWN chips, dings and perceived flaws and to remember we are still beautiful, whole, lovable and worthy.
BRIDGE - A Bridge is a smaller crystal (or crystals) penetrating and located partially in and partially out of a larger crystal. Bridge Crystals help to bridge between worlds (the inner and outer worlds between your inner and outer Selves or between yourself and others). They are helpful in any area you might imagine needing a bridge. They can help you heal and get in touch with your inner child (bridging the gap between your outer self and your inner self). They are also good for connection and perspective. They bring you up out of the muck, and give you a birds-eye view of a situation. While providing connection, they also help provide boundaries. Also called Inner Child.
SIGILS - Sigils are any markings that represent an idea. For example, a dollar sign is a sigil that represents money and abundance. Crystals may have markings that resemble things such as snake skin, mountain ranges, water or even cities. There are some that look like stacked skyscrapers, and recently I found an online image of sea cliffs in Iceland that are very similar to these sky-scraper-looking Sigils (Reynisfjara beach : South Iceland). Sigils are surface features; you view them the same way you view a Record Keeper. Because a Sigil is a marking that reminds us of an idea or invokes a memory or feeling, the meaning will depend on what the sigil represents to you. When you see Sigils and images, a good thing to do is let your mind’s eye wander through them and see if they take on a life of their own (like a video in your mind’s eye). This is a form of scrying and a way to receive the messages that the crystal is bringing to you through the Sigils.
